What experience, qualifications, or knowledge do I need to be able to train in your courses?
You do not need any previous experience, qualifications, or knowledge to participate in the beginner’s course. Our beginner’s course is specially designed for female beginners. To participate in the advanced course, you must have completed our beginner’s course or have at least 6 months of boxing experience.

How intensive are the training sessions?
The techniques focus on the basics, and the endurance/fitness component is as intensive as you make it. You can take the course at your own pace.

What should I wear and bring to a 12Rounds course?
Each location has a limited number of boxing gloves that can be borrowed free of charge, so if you don’t have your own gloves for your first class, that’s no problem.
However, we do recommend that you have your own boxing gloves, mainly for hygiene reasons.
There are no requirements for special boxing clothing, so choose something you like to wear when exercising. We recommend bringing a towel and a bottle of water.

When can I register for classes?
You can always register up to exactly one week in advance, for example on Monday at 8 p.m. for the course starting the following Monday at 8 p.m.

How early should I arrive for the courses?
We recommend that you arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before each course so that you have enough time to get ready.

I am unable to attend a class (due to illness or other reasons). What will happen to my credit?
You can easily cancel your lesson via our app in the same way you booked it.
Your credit will be forfeited if you do not cancel your participation at least 6 hours in advance. In case of force majeure, please contact us and we will assess the situation on an individual basis.

The course does not meet my expectations/I am not satisfied with it:
We are sorry to hear that, and fortunately it does not happen often. We want every participant to leave our training courses feeling satisfied. On the rare occasions when this does not happen, there has been some form of miscommunication.
That is why we ask you to explain the reason for your dissatisfaction to the trainer during the next lesson. In many cases, he or she will be able to take this into account and offer a suitable solution.
