You don’t need any previous knowledge, qualifications or experience to take part in the beginners’ course. Our beginner course is specifically designed for newcomers. To take part in the advanced course, you must have completed our beginners’ course or have at least 6 months’ boxing experience. <\/p>\n

Each location has a limited number of boxing gloves that you can borrow free of charge. So if you don’t have your own gloves for your first lesson, that’s no problem. <\/p>\n

However, we recommend that you get your own boxing gloves quickly, especially for reasons of hygiene.<\/p>\n

There are no requirements for special boxing clothes – just pick something you like to wear while exercising. We recommend that you bring a towel and a bottle of water. <\/p>\n
